Unused candles and incense can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping costs (including exchanges).

We understand that choosing a scent online can be challenging! We offer a variety of discovery kits so you can try before you buy.

**For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on aromatherapy rollerballs.**
