Product Care + Instructions
Cotton Wick Candle Care
To ensure proper burning, trim the wick to 1/4 inch (approximately 0.6 cm) before each lighting. Always ensure the candle is fully melted, meaning the wax has melted all the way to the edge and the melt pool is 1/4 inch (approximately 0.6 cm) deep. Burn for no more than four hours at a time. Never leave wick fragments or matches in the melt pool. Burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave the candle unattended. Do not pick up or touch the candle while it is burning. Extinguish the flame carefully; do not use water. Discontinue use when less than 1/4 inch (approximately 0.6 cm) of wax remains.
Wood Wick Candle Care
To ensure proper burning, trim the wick to 1/8 inch (approximately 3.3 cm) before each lighting. Pinch off any blackened wick tips before lighting. Wood wicks will not burn continuously if the wick is not trimmed after each use. Always ensure the candle is completely melted, meaning the wax has melted to all edges and the melt pool is 1/4 inch (3.6 cm) deep. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave wick fragments or matches in the melt pool. Burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended. Do not pick up or touch the candle while it is burning. Extinguish fire carefully; never use water. Discontinue use when less than 1/4 inch (3.3 cm) of wax remains.
Roller Care
We make our fragrances to order to ensure they remain fresh. We use natural vitamin E oil to preserve the fragrance blend and slow oxidation. Store your fragrance upright and out of direct sunlight. UV rays can degrade the fragrance. Recommended use is within 12-18 months of purchase. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
Your rollerball pen is safe to carry in carry-on luggage. Sometimes changes in air pressure can cause the rollerball pen casing to loosen and leak. Before traveling, be sure to cover and secure the rollerball pen and its case with electrical tape and/or plastic wrap, and place it upright in a leak-proof bag.
Incense Cone Burning Instructions
Place the incense cone on a heatproof, non-flammable plate. Sprinkle some salt or sand on the plate and place the incense cone on top. This will protect the plate and increase air circulation. Light the tip of the incense cone and wait 10-15 seconds before blowing it out. The tip of the cone should glow red and smoke. If the incense cone does not continue to burn, relight it and try again. The incense cone will smoke for up to 20 minutes before extinguishing on its own.
Do not touch the incense cone after lighting it. The surface or container may be hot, so be sure to let it cool before touching it. Allow the incense ash to cool completely before discarding.
